|Characterisctics||Alcohol 13% Vol. The grapes, harvested in October, are destemmed and softly squeezed. The wine thus obtained, is macerated about six months later on pomace of Amarone, consequently obtaining a second fermentation that increases the structure and the alcohol. Following this the wine is left to age in traditional oak barrels. The Ripasso is robust, full, the warm floral fragrance reminds of black cherries in alcohol and licorice.|
